Dear Patriot,

Please submit the name(s), rank(s), and address(es) of military personnel deployed
abroad to receive a "good will" package from the YELLOW RIBBON SUPPORT GROUP.

If you can supply us with a list of names with ranks for a complete unit, just
furnish the APO/FPO Box address, and, if possible, we will see that each member of that
unit receives a package.

IMPORTANT:
In addition, we must receive the current scheduled MONTH & YEAR of return to the US for each
person/name submitted to enable us to properly maintain our database.
